Discovery Phone Call With Veronica. This is a great opportunity for us to learn more about your project, the timeframe and your overall goals and vision. We ask the right questions to uncover your needs and desires. We take the time to explain the design process and what you can expect. We will answer any questions you have and cover the next steps. Our discovery calls typically last 15-20 minutes, but we give you all the time you need to feel comfortable with the process and how we bring value to your project. Please be sure to mark the scheduled time on your calendar, and show up ready to engage in a great conversation about your big dreams, goals and vision for your home or office. Please be mindful that we are setting aside everything we are working on during this time to be present and focused on your needs. We want to make the most of your time. Our goal for the session is to uncover all your needs and desires so we can start thinking through ideas, solutions and execution. We work very hard to earn your business, but we know that we are not for everyone. If after this initial conversation you find that we are not the firm for you, we understand. There is no cost or obligation to you. However, if you'd love to move to the next stage in the process, we will schedule an In Home Consultation for a date and time that is convenient for you. If you will not be able to make the scheduled time, please send us an email at info@casavilorainteriors.com and we will be happy to reschedule for a later date. You will receive a confirmation email with all booking details, including our contact information, after you book your Discovery Call. Cancellation Policy

Consultation Fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to make your appointment, we are happy to reschedule anytime within 48 hours of your appointment. We kindly ask that you add your appointment to your calendar so you won't miss us. Please be aware of the time zone booked. We look forward to learning more about your design needs.
