With my 18 years running my design business, and having seen rapid growth, I am in the position to offer advice and solutions for setting up your business, putting a process in place, perfecting your documentation and contracts, setting up vendor accounts, marketing and business development, networking and more.

Not only am I preaching what it takes to run a successful business, I am also practicing it. I am right there in the trenches with you.
Having to juggle multiple projects and be the creative talent behind the brand, and still handle the business end of things. My role is to share with you what has worked for me, and even what to avoid.
I will share with you what systems and processes I have employed in my business, and at what point I started seeing great results.

I have been creating beautiful interiors since 2007, and I know a thing or two about the ups and downs in the business. The landscape of interior design has changed dramatically over the years, and we as designers have to keep up with the changes in order to succeed and be profitable.
With all the changes, I learned how to diversify my services, market my business and create an iron-clad process that my clients see value in, and are willing to pay top dollar for. These processes and systems have grown my business exponentially. And not only did clients take notice, but publications, industry organizations, vendors and fellow designers.
In recent years, I have garnered many successes for myself and my design business. I was a member of the ASID TGC Chapter where I serve as co-chair for the 2017 Showhouse, past Chapter President of Interior Design Society Houston. I have won multiple major awards including ASID Ruby Awards and IDS Designer Of The Year Award. I was nominated as KBB Person of The Year 2020, IFN Woman of Influence Honoree 2020, and I have been featured in many publications including Better Homes and Gardens, Architectural Digest, Flower Magazine, Houston Chronicle, Houston House and Home Magazine, Houston Design Resources, Apartment Therapy, Katy Magazine and more. My Design business has now grown to participating in designer showhouses, opening a design showroom and studio, real estate investing, brand collaborations, speaking among other ventures.
My passion for design continues to drive me to this day, and I love sharing my successes with young designers to help them navigate the maize of this profession. Ultimately our goal is to do what we love and make money doing it. I will show you what has worked for me in easy ways that you can apply immediately to your design business.
