History In The Making: The First Ever Digital Luxury Designer Showhouse Coming Soon

I have had the pleasure of participating in designer showhouses over the years, and they have always been a great way for me to dream up and execute very bold and exciting designs that are beautiful, fun, exciting, and most of all, memorable.

So imagine my excitement when I got the call from Leslie Carothers, CEO of Savour Partnership about the history-making, first ever, digital luxury designer showhouse that she had been dreaming up with her team in collaboration with Gary Pettitt, CEO of Seasonal Living Magazine

On December 3rd, the world will witness for the first time an amazing multi-brand, multi-designer collaboration of a completely digital 360 tourable and shoppable designer showhouse with augmented reality highlights, built entirely in the virtual world. You will be able to tour this amazing home and be inspired right from the comfort of your home.

With the amazing 3D photo realistic renderings created by Jenna Gaidusek, Sarah Durnez and Annilee Waterman, you will experience the space as if you were right within its walls. Not only will you be able to tour the digital showhouse, you will be able to shop the rooms created by a group of fabulous and very accomplished interior designers

The home is an impressive 20,000sf and very stunning modern architectural design that sits on 20 acres in Malibu, California, overlooking the Pacific Ocean, and although technically the house isn't in real life, the amazing design work and photorealistic 3D renderings that will be executed by this #dreamteam will make luxury and inspiration feel very real.

The floor plan of the showhouse was designed to reflect the way our homes will need to function for the future, due to the pandemic. The needs and priorities of today's family have changed and the showhouse will showcase some aspirational and forward-thinking designs that you can apply in your own home to keep up with these changes. Even more exciting that you will be able to shop the home for some of the very same products.

With beauty and function in mind, the showhouse tour incorporates 11 different rooms, including a separate Zoom room adjacent to a full office that converts to a guest bedroom, a laundry room that also contains a decontamination zone, a sanctuary room and terrace, a 3 story live indoor farm, bathed in sunlight, where all manner of foods, flowers and herbs can be grown indoors, a family room that converts to a schoolroom for virtual learning or homeschooling, a kitchen with a koi pond dissecting it in two, a gorgeous open plan dining room and living room, both with ocean views, an indoor lounge, a principal suite upstairs with a spa-like bathroom for recharging and refreshing, and, of course, a stunning outdoor living area.

You will have the ability to tour each space for a full 360 degree walk-through room by room. Imagine the ideas and inspiration that are in store for you!
