Recently I shared my 12 color picks for Color Of The Year 2019. It was fun curating the colors based on ones that I would love to use in projects for 2019, as well as color trends observed at High Point Market Fall 2018. See my color roundup post HERE on my former blog, The Naked Decorator.

Yellow has been one of my favorite colors since the beginning of time. I don't often get a chance to use it in my projects, but I do every chance I get.
I am somehow reminded of the freshness of lemons, or the warmth of sunshine when I see the color yellow.
Although I think that a deeper more saturated version of yellow will be the trend for 2019, I love every shade of yellow. Here in this dining room mood board, I chose these beautiful yellow dining chairs to really play up the black and white graphic rug and black grasscloth wallpaper
I sprinkled a small dose in this TV lounge with throw pillows. Just a small does of yellow in accents and accessories, can make a great impact to a space
Here in this 3D rendering created for a trade show booth, I chose to use a yellow and white striped fabric to accentuate the whimsical wallpaper on the back wall
This dining room came alive with the addition of the oversized yellow ginger jars
We used a soft and sunny yellow on the walls in this room used for homeschooling to inspire learning and creativity
The yellow grasscloth wall is front and center, and makes a bold statement in our studio dining room vignette.
Yellow color accent inside of these bookcases showcase our collection of fabric sample books beautifully.
