Interior Design Assistant
As a member of the Casa Vilora Interiors team, the successful candidate will be the direct assistant to CEO + Principal Designer, Veronica Solomon. You will assist in every step of the project life cycle, including meeting with clients, creating custom digital presentation boards, products and materials sourcing, project management, and assisting with installations
Location Houston, Texas
Qualifications We Are Looking For
Interior design degree a plus Minimum 3 years of interior design experience (portfolio of work required) Proficient in Autocad, Chief Architect or Sketchup
Proficient in Photoshop Self-starter, driven, very detail-oriented Positive attitude and desire to grow with the team exceptional communication skills
This is a full time position - 40 hours per week
Bookkeeper/Expeditor/ Administrative Assistant
As a member of the Casa Vilora Interiors team, the successful candidate assist in all of the administrative functions, accounting (billing, payables, receivables, purchase orders), track orders and inventory, manage calendars, coordinate schedules, organize events, and supporting the design and sales team

Qualifications We Are Looking For
Interior design background a plus but not required Minimum 3 years in similar role Proficient in office systems - Google, Excel, Word, Powerpoint
Very organized Self-starter, driven, very detail-oriented Positive attitude and desire to grow with the team exceptional communication skills
This is a full time position - 40 hours per week
Sales + Marketing Manager
As a member of the Casa Vilora Interiors team, the successful candidate will a highly motivated individual with strong relationship building skills. Ability to meet sales goals and manage the sales process.
Very proficient in marketing tools and social media management

Qualifications We Are Looking For
A 4 year degree a plus
Knowledge of interior design or at the minimum kitchen and bath sales Minimum 3 years experience in a sales and marketing role Self-starter, driven, very detail-oriented Positive attitude and desire to grow with the team exceptional communication skills
This is a part time position - 24-30 hours per week
