The Process Is Simple
1. Contact Us
Call, email or use our convenient booking platform to schedule a one hour window treatment & bedding consultation in your home. There is a consultation fee of $250 payable at the time of booking your appointment.
2. In Home Consultation
We come out to your home to discuss your needs, recommend solutions and take measurements of your windows.
We pay close attention to the functional and style needs of your windows
3. Proposal/Estimate
In 2-3 days, we send you a detailed proposal estimate outlining our ideas and vision for your windows along with estimated cost range. A $1500 non-refundable deposit is required when the proposal is approved
4. Presentation
In about 5-7 business days, we meet again in your home or our studio to present our ideas for your windows and bedding. We present you elevation drawings of your windows drawn to scale with the designs we recommend, plus the perfect fabrics to complete the look and function
5. Custom Production
Upon approval and payment of 90% deposit for your custom window treatments and bedding, we order all the pieces, which are then delivered to our workroom for custom production. We check in periodically and update you on the progress. This process takes 3-5 weeks
6. Installation
The next step is to schedule a day to install your custom window treatments and bedding. Installation can range from 2-6 hours depending on the type of window treatment. Final payment is due a week before installation. An invoice is emailed to you for final payment.
7. Final Walk Through
After installation, we will have a final walk through to make sure you are happy with your beautiful new window treatments and bedding. We will provide you with tips on how to care for your new custom pieces. The entire process takes 6-8 weeks
